1. WHAT MADE-TO-ORDER MEANS

Made-to-order products are items that are produced, prepared, customized, or ordered specifically for your project after your selections are confirmed.

This may include:

• Custom color Bimini Tops
• Custom interior kits
• Custom collection & style
• Custom Leather color
• Seats & Seat Covers
• Flooring or carpet type and color
• Center consoles
• Stitching selections
• Material and color selections
• Interior Kit Builder orders
• Special-order parts
• Other custom interior products or accessories

All made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once an order has been placed, except where required by law.

2. INTERIOR KIT BUILDER ORDERS

The Palmetto Classics Interior Kit Builder allows customers to choose vehicle year, collection or style, leather or material options, flooring, components, add-ons, accessories, and other custom interior kit details.

After you submit your selections, our team may review your request and follow up with pricing, production details, payment requirements, and next steps.

Submitting an Interior Kit Builder request does not automatically place a final custom order unless payment or checkout confirmation has been completed.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections before approving a quote or placing an order.

This includes:

• Vehicle year
• Product selections
• Material choices
• Color choices
• Upholstery options
• Stitch pattern
• Seat style
• Console selection
• Flooring selection
• Shipping address
• Uploaded photos or project notes

Incorrect, incomplete, or changed information may affect pricing, production time, fitment, or the final result.

4. LEAD TIMES AND PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

Custom interior builds generally require an estimated lead time of 8–12 weeks from deposit confirmation.

Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, supplier timelines, production schedule, order complexity, customer approvals, and overall shop volume.

5. DEPOSITS AND MATERIAL PROCUREMENT

Unless otherwise stated in writing, made-to-order and Interior Kit Builder orders require a 50% deposit to place the order and begin the production process. Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been placed, except where required by law. The remaining balance, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any approved additional charges are due before the order is shipped.

Because materials, components, and upholstery work are prepared specifically for your build, deposits are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

6. FINAL SALE AND QUALITY INSPECTION

Every made-to-order interior undergoes rigorous quality and fitment inspections before packaging.

Because each kit is tailored to unique vehicle specifications, all custom products are final sale once manufactured.
