However, we do not guarantee that product images, renderings, colors, materials, textures, stitching, or finishes will appear exactly the same on every screen or device.

Actual products may vary slightly due to material characteristics, lighting, screen settings, production process, or vehicle-specific fitment. Product availability, descriptions, options, pricing, lead times, and specifications may change without notice.

5. INTERIOR KIT BUILDER AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Our Interior Kit Builder allows customers to select vehicle year, collection or style, leather or material options, flooring options, components, add-ons, accessories, and other interior kit details.

The Interior Kit Builder may allow customers to configure an order, submit a custom request, or proceed to checkout depending on the selected options and website flow.

If you submit a custom request through the Interior Kit Builder, that request does not automatically become a final confirmed order. Our team will review your request and follow up with pricing, payment details, production timeline, and next steps.

If you complete checkout through the Interior Kit Builder, an order may be created based on your selected components, payment method, and order details. A Palmetto Classics team member may contact you after the order is placed to review your build details, confirm your selections, and make sure everything is correct before production begins.

Custom interior kits may be built based on the selections, notes, photos, measurements, vehicle details, and project information provided by the customer. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Incorrect, incomplete, or changed information may affect pricing, production time, fitment, shipping, or final results.

6. QUOTES, DEPOSITS, AND PRODUCTION TIMELINE

For custom interior orders, a quote may be provided after our team reviews your selections and project details.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, made-to-order and custom interior kit orders may require a 50% deposit to place the order and begin the production process. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered, custom work has started, or production has begun, unless otherwise required by law.

Lead times for custom interior work may vary based on material availability, production schedule, order complexity, customer approvals, shipping timelines, and other factors outside our control. Estimated lead times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

The final balance is due once your order is complete and ready to ship, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, remaining balance, and any approved additional charges may be included in the final invoice or payment request. Orders will not be shipped until the required payment has been received and confirmed.

7. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. Our website may offer multiple payment methods, including:

Credit card payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider. Palmetto Classics does not directly store full credit card numbers. If you choose to pay by credit card, a credit card processing fee may be added to the payment amount. The fee will be displayed before payment is submitted. To avoid the credit card processing fee, you may choose an available alternative payment method, such as wire transfer or check.

For made-to-order or custom interior kit orders, the credit card processing fee may be calculated based on the deposit amount due at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

For wire transfer or check payments, your order may remain in Pending Payment status until Palmetto Classics manually confirms that payment has been received. Production may not begin until the required deposit or payment has been received and confirmed.

If you choose check payment, you must follow the payment instructions provided at checkout or on your invoice. Checks should be made payable to the name shown in the payment instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product availability, pricing errors, shipping limitations, payment issues, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Palmetto Classics may use FedEx or other shipping providers to ship customer orders.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Palmetto Classics is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, additional fees, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping charges may be calculated at checkout, quoted separately, or added to a final invoice depending on the product type, order size, package dimensions, carrier requirements, and shipping destination.

For custom interior kit orders, shipping may be calculated after production is complete and the final package size, weight, and delivery details are confirmed. Shipping charges may be added to the final invoice or final payment request before the order is shipped. Shipping charges may be based on carrier list rates, packaging, handling, destination, package size, package weight, and other shipping-related factors.

Shipping times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, material availability, production timelines, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss may pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

9. TAXES

Applicable taxes may be calculated and added to your order based on the shipping address, billing address, product type, and applicable law.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or other charges that may apply to your order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Professional installation is recommended for certain products. Palmetto Classics is not responsible for installation errors, vehicle damage, improper use, modification, or issues caused by incorrect installation.

12. CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS, PHOTOS, AND PROJECT DETAILS

If you submit photos, inspiration images, project notes, reviews, feedback, measurements, vehicle details, or other content to Palmetto Classics, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.
