1. PAYMENT METHODS

When you submit payment, you agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

Palmetto Classics does not directly store full credit card numbers. Payment information is processed by Stripe or the approved payment provider.

2. Credit Card Processing Fee

If you choose to pay by credit card, a credit card processing fee may be added to the amount due at checkout. This fee will be displayed before you submit payment. For Interior Kit Builder or made-to-order orders that require a 50% deposit, the credit card processing fee will be calculated based on the deposit amount due at checkout, unless otherwise stated. To avoid the credit card processing fee, you may choose Wire Transfer or Check as an available payment method.

3. WEBSITE ORDERS

For standard website purchases, including material sample kits, ready-to-ship items, accessories, and other products available for direct purchase, full payment may be required at checkout before the order is processed.

For Interior Kit Builder, custom, or made-to-order products, a 50% deposit may be required to place the order. The remaining balance, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any approved additional charges will be due before the order is shipped.

4. CUSTOM QUOTES

Some custom requests, specialty options, or non-standard builds may require review and a custom quote before payment is collected. This may include custom styles, specialty materials, unique vehicle configurations, or options that are not available for direct checkout.

Quotes may be based on:

• Vehicle year
• Collection or style selected
• Leather or material selections
• Flooring options
• Components selected
• Add-ons and accessories
• Shipping location
• Project complexity
• Custom notes or uploaded reference images

A quote is not a confirmed order until it is approved by the customer and the required payment or deposit has been received.

5. DEPOSITS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

If you choose Wire Transfer or Check, your order will remain in Pending Payment status until Palmetto Classics confirms that payment has been received.

Production will not begin, and the order will not move forward, until the required deposit or payment has been received and confirmed. Wire transfer and check instructions will be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation.

6. Wire Transfer / Check pending payment

For Interior Kit Builder orders, custom interior kits, and made-to-order builds, a 50% deposit is required to place the order and begin the order process, unless otherwise stated in writing.

The deposit covers raw material costs, specialized leather or vinyl procurement, and dedicated shop production scheduling. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable once the order has been submitted and payment has been made, except where required by law.

For check payments, please follow the mailing and payee instructions shown at checkout or provided in your order confirmation.

7. FINAL BALANCE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The remaining balance, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any approved additional charges are due before the order is shipped.

For custom interior kit orders, shipping may be calculated after production is complete, based on final package size, weight, shipping destination, and carrier rate. Palmetto Classics may send an updated invoice or payment request showing the order total, deposit paid, payment history, remaining balance, shipping charges, and amount due before shipment.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Palmetto Classics will review the request, but changes are not guaranteed.

Change requests made after approval may result in updated pricing and extended production lead times.

9. credit card fees are non-refundable

Credit card processing fees, transaction fees, and payment processing costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

10. Sales Tax

Applicable taxes may be added based on the shipping address, billing address, product type, and applicable law. For South Carolina shipping addresses, applicable South Carolina sales tax may be added to the order.
