Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment information such as credit card details, billing information, transaction details, and fraud prevention information. Palmetto Classics does not directly store full credit card numbers.

For wire transfer or check payments, your order may remain in Pending Payment status until our team manually confirms that payment has been received. We may collect and maintain order-related payment information, including payment method, deposit amount, amount received, payment history, and remaining balance due.

For certain custom or made-to-order products, a deposit may be required to place the order. The remaining balance, shipping charges, and any applicable fees may be invoiced or collected at a later stage before the order is shipped.

Shipping may be handled through FedEx or other shipping providers we may use. We may share your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, order-related details, package information, and shipping-related information with FedEx or other providers so your order can be shipped, tracked, and delivered.

INTERIOR KIT BUILDER AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Palmetto Classics offers an Interior Kit Builder that allows customers to build, configure, or request a custom classic vehicle interior kit. When you use the Interior Kit Builder, we may collect information about your project and selections.

This may include:

• Interior kit items selected
• Collection or style selected
• Material and leather preferences
• Upholstery preferences
• Stitch pattern
• Seat style
• Console options
• Flooring options
• Audio or accessory preferences

If you submit a custom request through the Interior Kit Builder, that request does not automatically become a final confirmed order. Our team will review your request and follow up with pricing, payment details, production timeline, and next steps.

If you complete checkout through the Interior Kit Builder, an order may be created based on your selected components, payment method, and order details. A Palmetto Classics team member may contact you after the order is placed to review your build details, confirm your selections, and make sure everything is correct before production begins.

NEWSLETTER AND MARKETING EMAILS

If you sign up for our newsletter, we may collect your email address and use it to send product updates, interior kit information, promotions, company news, or other marketing communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
